As part of efforts to stop the massive brain drain that is currently ravaging the health sector, Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (“NARD”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DPZ Capital Limited and Mainstreet Capital (“Transaction Advisers/Fund Arrangers”) to build a housing complex for resident doctors and other health workers in the Delta State University Teaching Hospital (DELSUTH), Oghara in Ethiope West Local Government Area of the state.
